Viraj Tyagi
Co-founder & Director
Viraj has over 15 years of international experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Market Research in financial services industry. He has more than 8 years of international experience at senior positions with American Express Europe and Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBoS). He has managed large P&Ls in both UK and India. Viraj has rich experience in developing and deploying analytics based strategies and embedding fact based decisioning making in various organizations.
Viraj's last assignment was Business Head Credit Cards for Standard Chartered Bank in India . In this role he implemented a premium product strategy and launched two successful products in 12 months along with building significant cross-sell capabilities in the business.
Viraj is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore and Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) from Institute of Technology- Varanasi.

Nitin Gupta
Co-founder & Director
Nitin has over 12 years of experience in Analytics, Marketing, Sales & Call center operations in financial services, consumer products & real estate. He was part of the team that set up the analytics unit for Standard Chartered Bank in 2001 across various businesses - Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto, Mortgages & Wealth Management. He has got vast experience across the analytics value chain from basic services like creating data-warehousing structure, providing web enabled dashboards to delivering high end predictive models.
Nitin's last assignment was Head for Credit Card Portfolio Management & CRM at Standard Chartered Bank, India , where he developed a comprehensive portfolio segmentation and intervention strategy to drive receivables growth and fee revenue. He set up the Bancassurance cross-sell model for credit card business which helped the business double the portfolio fee income. In this assignment he was managing a multi-center outbound telemarketing operation with more than 800 people.

Srihari Allamsetti
Head, Client Delivery
Srihari (Hari) has over 15 years of experience in analytics, marketing, outsourcing, and consulting. He has provided business solutions in Banking and Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Retail industries using data analytics. He has built analytical operations that provided analytical rigor along with process efficiencies to customers across the globe.
In his last role as Director, Client Delivery for a leading analytical services provider in India, he built two analytical centers of excellence for a pharmaceutical consulting company and a technology retailer. In one of his earlier roles, he improved the yield of a credit card portfolio that added USD 70 million of incremental revenues over four years.
Hari has an MBA in Finance and MIS from Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, IN, USA and a Masters in Engineering and Mathematics from BITS, Pilani, India.

Suprabhat N. M.
General Manager - India & Emerging Markets
Suprabhat has a wealth of experience across multiple high technology areas and brings with him over 17 years of executive expertise spanning general management, strategy, sales, business development, marketing and product management.
With a mandate to help build a global best-in-class analytical products & services company that becomes a reliable advisor & trusted partner to businesses in the financial services sector. Suprabhat has responsibility for leading NettPositive’s Risk Management practice as well as for business development & market expansion in Asia-Pacific & Africa.
Prior to NettPositive, Suprabhat was Country Manager & Head, Experian Decision Analytics - India. He established Experian’s India operations and started-up the Decision Analytics line of business. He developed the go-to-market strategy, set-up the sales & delivery engine and helped develop India-specific offers & value propositions for the Decision Analytics business line.
Suprabhat joined Experian following more than 9 years at NCR Corporation. During this period he was instrumental in architecting various transformational changes in the e-payments & self-service banking domains in India. He held positions of increasing responsibility at NCR, advancing to the position of Marketing Director for Software & Security for the South Asia-Pacific Region. Prior to that as Sales Director for India, Suprabhat more than doubled NCR’s revenue to over US$ 55 Million including US$ 15 Million from the newly launched Managed Services portfolio – all within a span of slightly over two years.
